As a licensed builder he is driven by giving his clients the best possible build experience and providing exceptional results. Now that he manages rather than builds Sean's day to day satisfaction comes from seeing his clients new builds transformed into modern living spaces that meet and exceeds their needs for today and the future.
Todd woodward
Todd has been in the building industry for over 6 years and is a very experienced, qualified builder / foreman who runs his own builds. With Sean project managing they work well together and make a great team who deliver exceptional service to our clients. Todd and the team are currently in the final stages of building Todd's new home, which we are excited to see all completed.

Sam has been with the SM Build team for 2 years, currently ticking off the last few boxes to become a fully qualified builder this year. We are very excited to have another qualified builder with us ready to build for the future.
